Baby Yoga

Mother and Baby yoga is a great way to ease yourself back into exercising as a new mother, while bonding with your baby. Don't let Covid-19 stop you from attending all the classes you were planning on going to together. We're bringing you this amazing class virtually to be enjoyed from the comfort and safety of your own home (which means you won't have to battle car seats and prams in the rain!). 

These classes offer...

Toning and strengthening for muscles, focusing on areas impacted by birth including your tummy, pelvic floor and back.

A great way to meet other new mums, with a virtual cuppa held after each session for chatting and sharing. 


Calming and relaxing techniques for your baby, to helping their reflexes develop and strengthen their awareness of their surroundings. 

Helps to relieve trapped wind, colic, constipation and improves the quality of sleep for your baby.

Nurturing the bond between you and your baby.
