Your first session (initial consultation) will be an informal discussion regarding the changes you would like to make, how hypnotherapy works and how it could help you. Once all the information is gathered, you'll be able to sit, or lie back comfortably for the rest of the session.
Then all you need to do is relax as you are talked through your bespoke hypnosis that will work to unlock barriers deep in your subconscious.
Hypnotherapy is not a one-off treatment and it is recommended to have a number of treatments for the best results. A realistic estimate of how often you will need to be seen and the number of treatments you will need will be given to you and any questions answered.
Initial consultation - £50
Your very first hypnotherapy appointment at Magnolia (60 minutes)
Follow up appointments - £50
Any further hypnotherapy appointments following an initial consultation (60 minutes)

Changes Ahead - Anxiety Session - £80
This 1.5hr session combines mindfulness, CBT and hypnotherapy and will:
- Help you gain clarity over what creates and contributes to your anxiety and overwhelm
- Support you to learn how to redirect your thought patterns and take control of your responses.
- Arm you with tools and techniques to build coping strategies
Provide a non-judgemental, safe space, to discuss your issues, barriers, and concerns.
