Hello, I'm Lisa Marie,

I am a leve 5 reflexologist and reiki practitioner. In 2014 my life changed when y body decided it could not cope with the stress and pressure of the 'rat-race'. I became very ill and decided my life needed to change. I took the huge decision to give up my employment of 10 years and to retrain and begin a new way of life.

I am now a self employed reflexology and reiki practitioner and have been for the last 4 years. I love my new vocation helping people physically and emotionally.

My philosophy on life is, live in the present. 

You can not change the past.

You can not predict the future. 

You can embrace and control what's happening now.
