Service Description

Your first treatment will be an informal discussion regarding your medical history and details of your main complaint and any other health complaints you may have. This can be time consuming but essential for the correct traditional diagnosis. It will take approximately one and a half hours, and you may or may not be needled on this occasion depending on time.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your appointment by calling 01639 635000. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged the full amount of your appointment or loose your voucher value.
